Admissions Representative – Washington, PA.

Responsibilities: The role of the Admissions Representative is to recruit qualified candidates for over 20 programs of study at Penn Commercial.  This position is responsible for day to day recruitment functions to include:  the recruitment of traditional  (high-school recruitment) and nontraditional students through career and college fairs, high school visits, agency partnerships, in-house scheduling, interviews, tours, and walking them through the steps of the enrollment/financial aid process.


Minimum requirements: An Associate degree is preferred, two years of successful sales and customer service experience, and excellent communication skills. Self motivated to set and attain goals and to demonstrate the ability to meet performance standards and deadlines. Action-oriented, “can do” attitude demonstrating willingness to accept accountability and responsibility for individual actions. Ability to overcome objections and obstacles. Ability to embrace a proactive and creative approach to problem solving and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.  This position requires the candidate to work non-traditional work hours to include some evenings and weekends.
