Scholarships

Penn Commercial is proud to offer up to 20 scholarship opportunities every year to incoming students. If you are a high school graduate, have earned your GED, are a member of the Future Business Leaders of America, a former or current member of the military, or come from a high school that participates in the Imagine America High School program; then you may be eligible to recieve financial aid in the form of a scholarship from Penn Commercial. Cosmetology Program Scholarship

The scholarship is for students entering the Cosmetology Program of study at Penn Commercial.
The Cosmetology Program Scholarship will amount to 30% of tuition per quarter in the program being offered by the school. The recipient must maintain a 2.0 GPA and 85% attendance record or the scholarship is forfeited.

FBLA Scholarship

The scholarship is for high school seniors who are members of the Future Business Leaders of America.
Must meet qualifications consisting of FBLA participation and past academic records as established by the FBLA regulations.
Students may apply by completing the FBLA Scholarship application and submitting it to his/her local FBLA sponsor.
The FBLA Scholarship will amount to 30% of tuition per quarter in the program being offered by the school. The recipient must maintain a 2.0 GPA or the scholarship is forfeited

GED Scholarship

The scholarship is for individuals who possess a GED and enroll in an Associate Degree Program of study at Penn Commercial (but have not yet begun classes).
The Penn Commercial GED Scholarship will amount to 50% of tuition per quarter in the program being offered by the school. The recipient must maintain a 2.0 GPA or the scholarship is forfeited.

Heart to Heart Scholarship

The scholarship is for students entering any Medical Program of study at Penn Commercial excluding Phlebotomy.
The Heart to Heart Scholarship will amount to 30% of tuition per quarter in the program being offered by the school. The recipient must maintain a 2.0 GPA and 85% attendance record or the scholarship is forfeited.

The scholarship is for students entering any Diploma Program of study at Penn Commercial.
The Helping Hand Scholarship will amount to 50% of tuition per quarter in the program being offered by the school. The recipient must maintain a 2.0 GPA and 85% attendance record or the scholarship is forfeited.

Imagine America Scholarships

The Imagine America High School Scholarship is a scholarship program the enables every high school in the U.S. to select up to three (3) graduating seniors to recieve $1000.00 Imagine America Scholarships to attend a participating career college.
The Imagine America Military Awards Pogram is a $1000.00 career education award available to any qualified active duty, reservist, honorably discharges or retired veteran of a United States military service branch for attendance at a participating career college.

Penn Commercial Alumni Scholarship

The scholarship is for students entering any program of study at Penn Commercial excluding Phlebotomy.

The scholarship is for students entering a Technical Program of study at Penn Commercial.
The scholarship will amount to 30% of tuition per quarter in the program being offered by the school. The recipient must maintain a 2.0 GPA and 85% attendance record or the scholarship is forfeited.

STAR Scholarship

The scholarship is for high school seniors achieving a 95% attendance record or better during their high school education (grades 10-12), and who are enrolled in an associate degree program at Penn Commercial (but have not yet begun classes)
Apply by submitting a STAR Scholarship application and submitting it to the Admissions Office at Penn Commercial.
